I build the plumbing between your website and your CRM — application forms, e-signature pipelines, and lead routing that actually deliver. Then I document it so you're never locked into me. Transparent hourly rates, fast delivery, you own everything.
I'm Juan J. Carrillo — a systems and integrations builder in Orange County, CA. By day I'm the sole IT administrator for a B2B lending firm, running Salesforce, Google Workspace, telephony, and every integration between them. Nights and weekends I do the same work for small businesses through OC Dev Co.
The pattern in almost every job I take: something everyone assumed was working wasn't. A form showing a success message while discarding every submission. An application page failing 100% of the time. A $500K contract priced against a volume assumption that was wrong by 22×. None of those threw an error. Somebody had to go look.
My background in Accounting and Business Management (Saddleback College) means I understand the business problem first, then engineer the solution. And I verify the fix instead of asserting it — with documentation, so you can check my work and keep the lights on without me.
Simple, transparent, and fast. No jargon. No mystery pricing. No waiting three weeks for a reply.
Fill out the contact form or send a message. Tell me what's broken or what you want built. No tech knowledge needed — plain English works fine.
Within 24 hours I send you a clear scope: exactly what I'll build, the hourly rate tier, estimated hours, and a flat total. No surprises.
Most projects ship in 3–7 business days. You get progress updates. I test everything before I hand it over — it works when I say it's done.
Review it, request tweaks, then we deploy. You own all the code, credentials, and assets — no recurring fees, no dependency on me.
Three tiers based on complexity — from getting your digital presence right to building full AI-powered systems from scratch.
Get your business showing up and looking right everywhere it needs to be. I set it up, optimize it, and make it work.
Ongoing management of your digital platforms, ad accounts, and online presence so you can focus on running your business.
Fast, mobile-first websites built clean from scratch. No page builders, no bloat — just lean HTML/CSS that loads instantly and looks great on every device.
Custom forms that actually capture leads and route them to the right place. Built for mortgage, real estate, healthcare, and local service businesses.
Complete GoHighLevel or custom CRM builds — pipelines, automated SMS/email sequences, A2P compliance, smart lists, and calendar booking systems.
Custom AI tools, trading bots, automation pipelines, and data systems built from scratch. I operate as a one-person engineering team — I design, build, test, and deploy.
Every project here is live, production-tested, and built by me. No mockups, no demos.
A vendor proposed 5,000,000 documents/year at $500,000, pre-paid quarterly. Nobody had checked the contract against the actual requirement. It supported 13,699 documents/day against a stated need of 300,000 — 16.7 days of coverage, and the vendor's API rate limit made the target physically impossible at any price. Rather than argue from instinct, I built the alternative architecture and proved it worked.
A public mortgage application had been returning "Submission failed" to every applicant for an unknown period. The page called a controller method that did not exist in the deployed class — and underneath that, four more defects: 13 of 23 collected fields were dropped before reaching the server, two fields were never assigned on the Lead path at all, and a notification step threw silently while the page still displayed "Application received."
Engaged to migrate a client's forms onto their own infrastructure. While auditing the live site page by page, I checked a partner-application form that wasn't in scope. Its submit handler hid the form and showed a confirmation — no API call, no backend, nothing. Every applicant saw "Your request has been received" and their data went nowhere. No error, no bounce, invisible from both sides.
A branded application form posts to a serverless relay that creates a pre-filled e-signature document and writes the lead to Salesforce — with API credentials held server-side so they never reach the browser. Five brands run live on it, each generated from a single template by a build system that hard-fails on configuration drift rather than shipping a broken form.
Designed and deployed a 3-form lead capture system for a nationwide wholesale reverse mortgage lender. Direct integration with LeadMailbox CRM, deployed on Cloudflare Pages, embedded into the client's site, with a Loan Officer link generator for multi-branch attribution — then migrated onto the client's own infrastructure with full documentation.
Built a complete GoHighLevel CRM for a preschool — automated SMS and email enrollment sequences, A2P 10DLC compliance, a school tours booking calendar, smart lead lists, and a full website with embedded contact forms.
Nine autonomous paper-trading bots running 24/7 in a Linux container on my own Proxmox host, with a capital allocator, real-time PnL persistence, automated risk controls, and a monitoring dashboard. Built to practice the unglamorous parts — socket timeouts, resumable state, A/B testing a strategy change against a benchmark.
If what I deliver doesn't match the agreed scope, I fix it — free. No arguments, no invoices for rework. Scope is scope.
Three tiers based on the complexity and skill level required. I quote you estimated hours upfront so you know the total before work starts.
Social platforms, digital presence, online setup, and basic IT. The foundation every business needs to be found online.
Website builds, landing pages, lead forms, and deployments. Everything from a single page to a complete multi-page site.
CRMs, AI systems, trading bots, automation pipelines — full production builds. I operate as a one-person engineering team.
Answers to what most people ask before reaching out.
Three things most developers won't say out loud — but that actually matter when you're spending real money on a real project.
Every line of code, every account, every credential — it's yours the moment the project is done. No subscriptions to keep your site running. No monthly fee to "maintain access." No gotcha clauses.
vs. Agency model: they build it, they own it, you pay forever. I hand you the keys and walk you through every door.
A marketing agency quotes $5,000–$25,000 for what I build at $30–$65/hr. The difference? You're paying their rent, their account manager, their project manager, and their margin. With me, you pay one person who does the work.
I use completed client work in my portfolio. That means I'm personally invested in making your project look great — because every future client I pitch will see it. Sloppy work hurts me. Clean work wins me the next job.
Translation: I'm not just building your system. I'm building my name on it. That's the strongest quality incentive there is.

Let's Talk →Describe what you need — even if it's just "my website is broken" or "I want to run Facebook ads." I'll respond within 24 hours with a scope and quote or honest advice on what you actually need.
I'll reply within 24 hours — usually same day.
